Summer Spotlight: “Water Lab” @ Eli Whitney Museum
Hamden’s very own Eli Whitney Museum/Workshop includes an outdoor “Water Lab” open/activated for kids & families to investigate, experiment, and enjoy each summer (11am-4pm). Additionally, they offer free weekend STEM projects for kids & families to build various watercraft inside the museum/workshop (10am-3pm) before heading out to the water lab so kids can experiment with their project creations. Link for more details here.
The Eli Whitney Museum and Workshop is an experimental learning workshop for students, teachers, and families. We collect, interpret, and teach experiments that are the roots of design and invention.
