Winter Wonders: Play More Chess Academy
Play More Chess Academy on Whitney Avenue, home of the Hamden Chess Club and much more. More than 11,000 (!!!) kids and adults have participated in their programs since it was founded in 2011. They offer great programming for kids, teens, adults, seniors, everyone 12 months per year, but winter seems an especially good time to check out their array of activities. Lessons, classes, tournaments, camps, teams, foosball, ping pong, and more. Options for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Recreational or competitive. Check out all the offerings here.

Lunarfest 2024 Year of the Dragon
